Obluda, Kierá Nemá Své Jméno

…or “The Nameless Monster”. That’s the title of fictional story book written by Franz Bonaparta under the alias name Emil Scherbe. The book featured in Naoki Urasawa’s masterpiece: “Monster”, the one that occupied my attention this past one week. To be more precise, this Czech story book was featured in its manga version Volume 9 Chapter 71. The title of the chapter is, well, “A Nameless Monster”.

My favorite quote of this manga is originated from this storybook: “Sehen Sie mich! Sehen Sie mich! Das Monstrum in meinem Selbst ist so groß geworden!” (”Look at me! Look at me! The monster inside of me has grown this big!”)

This is a sneak peek of the storybook:
